Valentines Day Picnic in Somerset West
Bring your loved one for a Valentine's Day horse ride through our lovely vineyards where the peacocks strut their stuff and where you sometimes even see small deer (if you are lucky) or birds of prey scanning the surroundings for something tasty. We follow the trail up the slopes of the mountain until we reach our famous lookout point with exquisite views of False Bay and the Cape Peninsula. Here we usually take a breather which allows for some great photo opportunities. Soon after this we make our way down again with views changing around every corner all the way back to the stable yard.
An extra special Valentine's Day picnic basket will await you at Journey's End picnic site. Choose the perfect spot on the lush green lawn under the big old trees where you would like to enjoy Valentine's Day. The most romantic finale to an exhilirating horseback ride!
